Rob Mullins is an adventurer at heart with extensive experience guiding outdoor groups across the country. A Registered Maine Guide, NOLS Certified Wilderness First Responder, and Wilderness First Aid Instructor, Rob has worked with one of the world's top survival schools, Thomas Coyne Survival Schools, and served as an Assistant Scoutmaster for his local Boy Scout Troop. His deep understanding of safety and outdoor skills ensures every participant feels secure and supported.
As the founder of Trusted Advice, Rob has spent nearly five years coaching over 220 clients,
most of whom are female leaders. He specializes in empowering women to unlock their
leadership potential and thrive in challenging environments.
Combining 25 years of senior operations leadership with certifications in Everything DiSC and Positive Intelligence, Rob delivers a unique blend of practical insights and proven coaching methodologies.
Rob’s compassionate approach, commitment to personal growth, and inclusive leadership style make him an ideal guide for first-time adventurers. Whether leading service projects in Kenya, co-leading expeditions in Chile, or mentoring clients in their leadership journeys, Rob fosters trust and inspires transformation. His dedication to creating a supportive and empowering environment ensures that every participant can embrace the adventure with confidence.
Outside of coaching, Rob and his wife live on their family farm, cherishing time with their
college bound son and daughter. Giving back to their community through volunteer leadership roles is important to both of them. Rob currently serves as Past President and Treasurer of the International Coaching Federation Columbus Chapter.
Kerstin (/care-stin/) Carr, PhD, is a visionary leader and empowerment coach with over 20 years of experience driving individual and community success. A certified professional coach through the Academy of Creative Coaching, she has delivered more than 100 hours of one-on-one coaching, specializing in leadership development, career advancement, and personal growth. She also designs and facilitates workshops and retreats, helping organizations align culture with strategic goals.
Until 2024, Kerstin served as the Chief Regional Strategy Officer at the Mid-Ohio Regional
Planning Commission (MORPC), where she led initiatives in housing, transportation,
sustainability, and greenspace planning. As an executive leader, she championed equity-
focused, data-driven policies and programs such as the Regional Housing Strategy, RAPID 5 Vision, and insight2050. Known for her collaborative approach, Kerstin empowered teams, cultivated talent, and inspired innovation to address complex challenges.
Kerstin is also the co-owner of ThinkWell Coaching & Consulting, where she offers tailored
coaching and strategic planning services, as well as multi-day retreats in nature. She is also a co-founder of Think Outside Boxes, an educational subscription service encouraging children to explore nature. A committed community advocate, she serves as a founding board member of RAPID 5 and has held leadership roles with the Neighborhood Design Center, Early Childhood Advisory Council, and other organizations.
Recognized as a 2020 Future 50 leader by Columbus CEO, Kerstin holds a PhD in
Geography from the University of Regensburg in partnership with The Ohio State University. Born and raised in Germany, she now resides in Gahanna, Ohio, with her husband Richard and their daughter Ellena. In her free time, Kerstin enjoys traveling the world, backpacking, kayaking, and discovering the beauty of her neighborhood on long walks.
