As a pharmacist, Rob has a lifetime of helping others and tremendous results from coaching and mentoring leaders to career success. He reached senior executive level for a Forbes 107 company at age 40 and was instrumental in a PE startup as COO.

In addition he holds a pending ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation and serves as their Columbus Chapter President. He is an Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC.

Most recently, Rob served as Chief Operating Officer for one of the fastest growing Dental Support Organizations in the country. Rob grew his leadership in a Forbes 107 company and grew the $5.6B P&L he was responsible for. He also delivered improvements in customer and associate satisfaction through the more than 14,000 associates in his organization.

Spending time with family and immersing himself in the outdoors brings him peace and fulfillment.

Delia Mallory

For over thirty years, Delia Mallory has served in leadership, coaching and consulting roles for not-for-profit and for-profit organizations across a variety of industries. She has led and supported business partners domestically and internationally. Delia coaches and consults on personal/organizational effectiveness strategies and development solutions for leaders, employees, and teams.

She engages individuals and supports their personal growth, with the goal of maximizing potential. Delia coaches professionals at junior, mid-career, and senior career stages. Her approach is client-centric and emphasizes “whole-person” transformation through performance improvement, interpersonal/EQ skills development, and career goal clarity. Having served in a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, education and retail.

Delia has an extensive background as a human resources and organizational development practitioner. Her broad professional exposure strengthens her capacity to coach, consult and facilitate with real-world knowledge and insights. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Psychology from John Carroll University and a Master of Arts in Education from The Ohio State University. With a passion for building our future leaders, Delia’s volunteerism has included service to One Child One Community, Inroads, Inc, and Women for Economic and Leadership Development (W.E.L.D.) Delia resides in New Albany, Ohio. She enjoys reading, travel, exercise, volunteer work, visual/performing arts, and socializing with friends and family.

Garrett Cavanaugh, RPh, MBA

Coach

Garrett Cavanaugh’s leadership experience spans over 25 years and includes ownership of 2 businesses, executive-level multi-site retail and healthcare leadership at a Fortune 107 company with P&L responsibility for over $1B, and senior-level operational leadership for an international biopharmaceutical company.

Throughout his career, which began as a pharmacist, Garrett has a passion and highly regarded talent for coaching and developing clients to the success they aspire to. His personal impact has been on more than 40 leaders to reach their fullest potential and has promoted numerous leaders to higher roles. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation and has been working as a true coach for over a year now. He looks forward to bringing that experience in coaching and success to the client.

Outside of helping others, Garrett enjoys spending time with his family and friends and enjoying the outdoors. He is an avid sports fan rooting for Boston area teams and the UCONN Huskies.

Garrett’s experience as an entrepreneur and high achieving corporate operations executive paired with his talent and record of coaching and developing others to career success makes him a great partner to help you or your company achieve your leadership development goals.

Adam Mayfield

Adam is a certified Wilderness Survival and Wilderness First Aid Field Instructor and has over 20 years experience in bushcraft and primitive technology. He is also a mindfulness specialist, and an actor (Ford vs. Ferrari, All My Children). Mayfield has taught at some of the oldest and most highly regarded schools in existence today including one of his current roles as a senior instructor for one of the nation’s top ten, Thomas Coyne Survival Schools.

He has appeared on national TV sharing his skills and is founder of The Way Home, an organization devoted to enhancing one's own experience in the natural world with mindfulness, healing, and self reliance. He is a longtime alum of Boulder Outdoor Survival School, where he taught traditional living skills to folks from all walks of life, from corporate executives and military

personnel to artists.

He has been a youth mentor for such non-profits as New Earth Organization’s Beyond Boundaries program and Inward Bound Mindfulness Education, a nonprofit organization that holds both traditional and outdoor excursion retreats across the US, Canada, and the UK, teaching mindfulness to teenagers and adults. He is also a former host of Against The Stream Meditation Society, facilitating guided meditation instruction for recovering addicts with unresolved trauma and attachment disorders, among others.

Adams’ unique life journey and unparalleled talent and passion for leading others in expanding their mindset through outdoor experiences and helping them discover and enhance their potential through mindfulness techniques makes him a tremendous asset to our team and your experience.
